• Name, Date of Birth, Marital status, Email Address, Phone Number, Residential Address, etc.

• Indian Govt. ID proof (ex: Aadhar card) mandatory.

• Passport copy mandatory for International guests/travellers.

• Purpose of visit.

We collect personal information to upgrade and customize our service based on customer needs.  Information is collected at the time of booking, before Check-in and also through calls and enquiry submissions.

All the personal information is collected and stored securely. The main purpose of storage is to use the details in case of any emergency. For instance,  replacement of a lost key, police verification, etc.

We don’t share or sell any of our customer’s personal information to any third-party firms. You may still receive our newsletter and offers (if any) through mail.
